Synapse 4 and KVM Lighting

I have two PC’s that share a Razer mouse and keyboard via a KVM switch.  This worked fine with Synapse 3.  Now that I’ve upgraded to Synapse 4, I’m having an issue.  When I switch between PC’s, I usually have to login because of the timeout set by my company.  However, the mouse and keyboard lights turn off until AFTER I login.  Is there a workaround for this?  I can’t find a way to keep them lit.  Do I start over with Synapse 3??

Though we do not have support for a KVM switch, especially, you have to go through your company firewall/security to use Synapse and your devices, it is best to check if the issue happens with Synapse 3 & 4 in a PC only, and not through the KVM switch/network. Ensure that you have an installed Synapse 3 or 4 in the computers that you are using your Razer devices.
