Synapse 4 - Barracuda, Naga x error

I installed the fourth version of synapse. However, a day after that, I was having problems launching the\app. Every time I try to open it, it crashes after a while. Reinstalling did not solve the\problem.

I also had errors connecting my Barracuda \ headphones. I believe this may be due to a problem with the headphones.
