Update: Seems uninstalling the Razer Chroma fixes the issue. There are issues on the Chroma app I guess.

I’ve tried everything i can possibly try with this application and it refuses to start.. i’ve tried uninstalling Chroma, repairing the app, revo unintalling the app and doing a fresh reinstall, running as administrator and nothing. The app opens for 15 seconds and immediately crashes.. what is the point in buying a $180 controller and you cant even fully customize the damn thing.

edit: after doing a lot of digging i also found that if you’re running signalRGB or a program like it you will have to stop that program before launching Synapse 4. For some reason those programs conflict.
