I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Barracuda Pro and Razer Synapse 4.
The EQ settings in Synapse 4 do not affect the headset audio at all. I can change the EQ sliders and save different profiles, but there is no audible difference in the headset sound. The microphone-related settings appear to work normally, but the headset EQ does not.
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

Reconnecting the headset and restarting the PC

Checking the Windows sound/output device settings

Reinstalling/restarting Razer Synapse

Trying different EQ profiles and settings

Checking that the Barracuda Pro is connected through the Razer 2.4 GHz wireless connection

Testing the headset with different EQ values to confirm that the sound does not change
The headset is detected correctly by Synapse, and I can access the EQ settings, but the EQ changes simply do not apply to the audio output.
Could you please help me determine whether this is a Synapse 4 software/firmware issue or if there is another setting that is preventing the EQ from working?
