Updated to Synapse 4, as was suggested by Razer. During the install, it looked like it was attempting to update a profile or something on the mouse. It stopped working during and now shows up as a storage device named CRP DISABLED when plugged in. I can see a firmware.bin file on that storage device. How can I get a v2 firmware file when the firmware updater won't recognize the mouse?
Question
Synapse 4 install bricked my Deathadde v2
