I am unable to install Razer Synapse 4 on my system.
The installer (RazerInstaller.exe) crashes immediately on launch with the following error:
System.ArgumentNullException
at Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.LoggerExtensions.Log(...)
at Razer.Installer.Bootstrapper.App.HandleException(...)

System details:
- Windows 11 version 25H2 (Build 26200.8524)
- Clean system (no third-party antivirus)
- All Windows updates installed
- .NET runtimes installed:
- .NET 6 / 8 / 9 / 10 (all present)
- Windows System File Checker (sfc /scannow): no integrity violations found
Troubleshooting already performed:
- Re-downloaded installer multiple times
- Run as administrator
- Disabled antivirus
- Clean boot
- Deleted Razer temporary and AppData files
- DISM + SFC repair (no issues found)
- Tested compatibility mode (Windows 8/10)
- Tried fresh Windows user account
Result is always the same: installer crashes immediately before installation starts.
It appears to be a bootstrapper failure on Windows 11 25H2.
- Is Razer Synapse 4 officially supported on Windows 11 25H2 (Build 26200)?
- Is there an offline installer or MSI version available?
- Are there known issues with the RazerInstaller bootstrapper on Insider builds?
