Synapse 4 is terrible and a huge disappointment. It completely ruined my headphone sound quality, and I can't get anywhere near the audio performance I had with Synapse 3. To make matters worse, Razer isn't allowing us to install Synapse 3 anymore. It’s so thoughtless to force Synapse 4 on everyone. I honestly regret buying a Razer product
