Synapse 4 Keyboard Compatibility (Macros)

Now that you're advertising the Upgrade to Synapse 4 in Synapse 3, I would like to know the following, please.

Is the issue with the application's macro module (Synapse 4, not Synapse 3) has been fully resolved and is now fully compatible with the Blackwidow V2 UK (important, UK!) layout when recording macros; in other words, it leaves the the recorded # key as a # when recording is finished (pressing the stop button), and doesn't change it to a 3 or ` or other characters, other than the original recorded #.

I just made a reply to this very issue (If you want to read the full reply this is the link to it) but the long story short. 

v4 of the app somehow the region locale is hard code to US and totally ignoring the system region locale.

In another word, when you press ‘ (single quote) it turns into ` (grave accent) and if you press # and turns into shift+3.

I’ve even uninstall, reinstall, visiting to the regional site and download the installer it doesn’t make any difference.
