Synapse 4 Keyboard layout is wrong for mouse mapping: only US, not the windows keyboard

Same problem, on azerty french iso keyboard,ornata + tartarus v2 (mapping ok), and trinity with mapping qwerty.
second pc with naga v2 highspeed, same problem, layout in qwerty.

I have the exact same problem on my CH-layout keyboard. It’s really annoying. There is a ton of completely useless bloatware on Razer Synapse 4.0. But what i really need it cannot provide.

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue. Ever since I upgraded from Razer Synapse 3 to version 4, the key mappings for German umlauts (ä, ö, ü, etc.) no longer work when assigned to my mouse. I’ve always used these otherwise rarely needed characters for mouse buttons in all my games, and now all my carefully set up profiles are broken. This is extremely frustrating.

It’s really disappointing that such a fundamental issue - forcing a US keyboard layout — has not been addressed for months, and even more frustrating that there has been no response from Razer in this thread. What’s the point of having a support forum if obvious bugs and user reports are simply ignored?

Please fix this - it’s a serious issue for many of your users.

Does it seriously seems that Razer produces AZERTY keyboards but doesn’t care at all if it works or not for some of us?

The keyboard is used as an QWERTY by synapse even though it works in AZERTY as it should in windows which makes impossible to use the optic option an configure it properly for gaming. That was why I bought the keyboad for and so it is useless.

Do you guys find a solution?

If not, we, AZERTY keyboard users, need a patch, please!
