Synapse 4 Not detecting my BRAND NEW razer devices!

I just bought a Razer Siren V3 Microphone and a Kraken Kitty V2 Pro headset. I ave uninstalled and reinstalled the synapse 4 and chroma program multiple times and rebooted my PC multiple times and the programs are still not detecting the devices. This really stinks because I also ordered a new Razer keyboard that should be in tomorrow but I don’t know if it will even show up in the program!

I understand that Razer Synapse app is not detecting your Razer Seiren V3 and your Razer  Kraken Kitty V2 Pro. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
