SYNAPSE 4 NOT DETECTING MY DEATHADDER V4 PRO

Explain to me how do i pay 150 euros for a mouse that is not detected by the software  ? Just picked up a deathadder v4 pro and i allready  regret not buying a mouse from logitech ?  wtf is this joke . the app was not even working first time after installing it , i had to uninstall , restart my pc, install it again AND NOT WORKING ?  made it work and now the MOUSE IS NOT DETECTED ON UR SOFTWARE ? REINSTALLED AGAIN ,UNPLUGGED THE MOUSE ,CONNECTED VIA DONGLE VIA CABLE AND STILL NOT GETTING DETECTED ? IS THIS A JOKE ? 

HOW DO I MAKE MY MOUSE APPEAR ON THIS  SOFTWARE ?

I understand that your Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro is not being detected by Razer Synapse at all. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 
 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
