Synapse 4 unable to detect my Nommo v2x

I tried all the method suggested by google AI but to no avail. My laptop can detect my Nommo V2X, but my PC can’t. But my PC can detect it via bluetooth. I reinstalled, repair synapse 4 but still can’t work. It can detect my Ornata Chroma and Deathadder Elite, just not my nommo v2x. Any help?

    Thank you for sharing your concern here. Could you please let me know if the Razer Nommo V2 X appears in Device Manager when connected to your PC? Additionally, please provide your current Synapse version and a photo/video showing that the Nommo V2 X is not detected in Razer Synapse. You can upload the photo/video using this link and then send me a PM with the link once it’s uploaded. Thank you!
