I am having Issues with getting my profiles for my Razer Tartarus Pro when I upgraded to Synapse 4 from 3 - I have done everything from downloading and redownloading Synapse 3 and 4 to saving the profiles to a folder to try Importing them - however no matter what I did, the files are still saying that they are corrupted - other than going nuclear and coping all my profiles by hand - how can I fix this problem?

Synapse 4 upgrade and the lost Synapse 3 profiles for the Razer Tartarus Pro
I have bought a new PC to play the new WOW Midnight game. I use the Razer Tartarus to play games because I am unable to use the keyboard properly. (Im pretty old.! ) My new PC downloaded the new Razer software and now my tartarus will not work. I paid nearly £80 for this. I have looked on the web and it says I should have moved profiles from the previous version of the software to the new version. Can someone please help me or provide a link so that I can use the hand controller again.
