Synapse 4 won't start

I’m trying to install synapse 4 on a newer Windows 11 PC. I have used Synapse 3 previously but not on this box. I ran the installation and the Razer Gaming Software app says Synapse 4 is installed, but when I go to launch all I get is a white panel with a black border at the top the says Razer. In the white panel in the upper left hand corner it says v1.26.77. I’m assuming this is the login screen, but there is no place to login. I have run through all the trouble shooting steps 3 times including all the updates available. I have also tried to submit a ticket and that failed as well. I would love to install Synapse 3 again but I can’t find a download for it. I could use some help. I use my Tartarus keyboard for work and have other PC’s running Synapse 3. Now very reluctant to upgrade those systems. Thanks for any help.
