Synapse always show 0% for my Mamba Wireless

Hello, I dont really know why but can't get the battery of my mamba wireless mouse in synapse. The battery icon is always red and show 0%. It's annoying cause i never know when i can unplug it and use wireless mode again. I wanted to contact the support but seems like its not possible due to covid-19.. Thanks in advance
