synapse and keyboard issue

Hello, today I bought basilisk v3 pro and downloaded Synapse 4 to customize it. I tried to learn the mouse settings in the application then I entered the game I play every day However, my keyboard keys were not working, so I could not send messages in the game, but I could use wasd and space. then i opened google, first i pressed random letters but it was not a good idea, all google shortcuts were activated and there i understood the problem. i think synapse is activating my CTRL key but i don't know how to turn it off. i went through all the settings but i couldn't find it. by the way, i only have basilisk v3 pro and laptop. so there is no separate keyboard.
