So I Had Razer Kraken V3 Pro And Reported To Razer Support But I didn’t Get Any Useful Feedback Because I’m Not From United State The Issue I faced Is that When I install Synapse I Noticed There Is no Difference While Switching The haptics From Low To high all Of Them Give The Same Result High Haptic Only The Battery Last With The synapse is 2 hour’s Only Then I uninstalled Synapse And do An Test Without it It Last For 11 Hours continuously I hope They Read This Post And Fix This problem
