Hi - I recently purchased a Kiyo camera. I used Synapse to adjust the camera settings (zoom, pan, etc.). In the Synapse preview, my picture is great - framed just as I'd like. However, when I start a call in MSTeams, these settings are ignored, and only an apparent default picture is transmitted.
How can I get the Synapse camera settings to be recognized by MSTeams? I'm using a company provided Dell XPS13 laptop with Win10 Business Dec 13 2020 update.

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Are you using a Windows 10-operated computer? If yes, please check the steps below:
6. Quit and restart Teams.
Also, were you able to replicate this behavior to a different computer?
- Press the Windows key.
- Type: Privacy.
- Select "Privacy Settings"
- Select "Camera" on the left. Scroll down to the section called "Allow desktop apps to access your camera"; set this to "On" (Microsoft Teams should be listed in this section)
- Select "Microphone" on the left.
- Scroll down to the section called "Allow desktop apps to access your camera"; set this to "On" (Microsoft Teams should be listed in this section)

Restarting doesn't seem to affect performance.
I've not had the opportunity to replicate this to another computer.

You're welcome! I appreciate for not posting other information aside from the Windows 10 OS build and version. By the way, were you able to check if the Razer Synapse 3.0 and Kiyo's settings are applied to other apps such as Skype or FB Messenger? If it's feasible, please test it on a different PC too so I can initiate a case on your behalf.
