I recently bought a pair of Kraken headphones for my pc gaming, mostly for the advertised 7.1 software that came with it.

Through synapse, at first, my headphones was detected and as normal. However when the 7.1 option was turned ON I had a crackling sound, googling showed that I was not alone with this problem.

I tried it all but everytime that crackling sound was there when 7.1 was turned on.



I then uninstalled and removed every piece of Razer files on my pc for a fresh start.

Said and done, but now the synapse cant detect my headphones, just stands at the first page doing nothing.



Every driver updated everywhere.



Can someone help me with my problem?



Tldr;

1. Cant detect Kraken headphones in synapse.

2. Crackling sound when using 7.1 option.
