Synapse - Can't export profile

Hi all, I am experiencing a silent fail when I am trying to export a profile. When prompted to the 'save as' window, and after I chose a name for my profile and hit save, the window abruptly closes, and no file is saved. I am using synapse 3.7.731.72516 on a Blade 15, 2022. Thank you for any help!

SOLVED: I managed to save the profile in C drive, I was trying to export it to a network drive with offline access, but that doesn't seem to work.
