After the most recent update, Synapse can't seem to detect my Kraken Kitty at all, but when I turn on my Kraken Kitty V2 BT, it detects it just fine and it was detecting my Kraken Kitty just fine a couple hours earlier before I went to bed and before the update, which leads me to suspect it being a synapse thing.
So far I've tried;
- Relaunching Synapse services
- Reinstalling drivers via Device Manager
- Removing the device via Win10 settings and then adding it again through Device Manager
- Plugging it out and back in
- Plugging it in different ports
- Restarting my computer
- "Repairing" synapse via the razer apps manager
- Uninstalling Synapse and Chroma then installing it again which didn't work either and then I tried restarting my pc again afterwards out of desperation and it still doesn't work.
The last one actually made synapse *sort of* detect the device, recognizing its name but it can't seem to actually detect it as it puts itself in an endless "Detecting Device..."/Loading state as seen in the attached images.
I'm now at a loss and would really appreciate if anyone has any idea what's going on here 🙏
