Ive fired up my PC for the first time in ages and my software cant find my mouse or keyboard. I have an Anansi keyboard and a Naga mouse. I can still use them to type and move the pointer etc, butn i cant use the lights or any of the other features. I updated the softwars and downloaded Synapse 3.0, which could find the devices, however, it said they were legacy devices (IE, old) and i would need Synapse 2.0 to run them. Ive trried reinstalling it but it still says iI have no devices connected and shuts down. How can Synapse 3.0 see then but 2.0 cant?

Same issue, impossible to find my orbweaver device and my ornata keyboard. They were there two days ago...

Do your devices still get detected on the Device Manager? Please follow the steps on this page to fix the issue. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of our devices. I can use it to verify its model and find a specific way to sort this out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
