Synapse Central or Synapse 3

Not sure which, I assume Central, but each time I reboot my PC, it wants my password again to log in. I always check the box to save my password. This is problematic if I need a quick reboot to get back into a game, because I store my password in a password manager so it's a few extra steps (and time) to get the password. I was going to submit a ticket to report this but the only option was community support so that's why this post.
