I had an issue where the Synapse 4.0 app would keep crashing over and over. I tried everything, clean install, delete everything, uninstall all driver and nothing worked, I could not find a solution. So I created a new Razer ID and signed in with that and now everything is working fine. All my warranties and the THX Spatial purchase I made are tied to my old ID so deleting the account to flush the old cloud synced profiles is not an option, is there any way you can flush out the cloud synced data from my account? I do not mind resetting up my profile data
