I have a Razer Deathadder V2 Pro mouse.



I’ve been having a mouse lag/cutting issue for as long as I can remember and finally was completely fed up with it, so I watched a video on how to fix it. This video included a bunch of solutions through the razer synapse 3 software, which I didn’t have installed at the time because originally when I installed it, (couple of months ago) it made my mouse lag 50x worse and practically unusable.



After installing, my mouse stopped working. I’m not sure why, it just stopped doing anything. I rechecked the USB and it was plugged in and connected to the PC as normal, so I tried a different mouse and that also wouldn’t work. I restarted my PC and my razer mouse still wouldn’t work, despite being connected, but my other mouses would.



I tried opening synapse to figure out what was going on before being met with synapse constantly giving me a failed to start error. Shortly after, my PC blue screened and now will blue screen the moment I try to log in tutuapp. Full crashed the entire PC, making it unusable and currently trying to restore it to before synapse was downloaded, however it doesn’t seem to be working.



How am I supposed to fix this? And if restoring works, what can I do about the lag issue?
