Synapse configurator for Kraken 7.1 Chroma bug

my problem persist since a few month now.... so my problem is that when i join discord or some game, i always need to unplug and replug my headset otherwise its too loud and it sound like Shit. i doscovered that the problem came from the Razer Synapse configurator, i uninstaled it and te problem was fix... but now my sound was not in 7.1 anymore i cant reach live chat and nobody answer me i need some god damned help.
