Synapse crashes when BlackShark V3 Pro connects via dongle (after update)

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with Razer Synapse and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

I’m using Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. I was using this headset daily without any issues for about three weeks.
After updating Razer Synapse to version 2.4.0.868, the app started crashing every time my headset connects via the wireless dongle (headset firmware version is 1.2.28).

If the headset is turned on and connected, Synapse either doesn’t finish loading or just closes.
If I turn the headset off or disconnect it from the PC, Synapse launches and works perfectly fine.

Things I already tried:
- Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse
- Running Synapse as Administrator
- Manually updating drivers for the headset and the dongle

None of this helped.

I’m on Windows 10, and everything was working normally before this Synapse update.

Has anyone with BlackShark V3 Pro (or similar headsets) run into the same issue?
If you found a workaround, I’d really appreciate any advice.
