Is this still the case? If so, please send over the debugger results via PM. You'd also want to try to reinstall .NET Framework and make sure Synapse 3 is added to your Firewall/AV whitelist.

I already tried to reinstall the .NET Framework and tried to disable the Firewall with no results.
Where do i find the debugger results?
Update:
Installed Windows without datasaving and the issue disapeared
Could have been old Avira data from a Windows reinstall with saving of data and apps.
Was going to ask you to send over the things inside the dialog box when the error popped up. I had to remove them from public view since it showed an IP address and the port that was blocked. Windows reinstallation was a bit extreme, but I'm happy that it all worked out for you.
