Synapse devices hanging/greyed out (naga pro, etc) | Razer Insider

Anyone else having trouble with devices 'half loading' into Synapse? When I plug in a new device or say in the Naga Pro's case when it goes into sleep mode and 'wakes up' the device will show in synapse (see screen) and detect the device but hang with the "loading" icon. From this point you can't change any setting in the profile or performance because the 'mouse' tab will never load. It's like the device is half loaded into synapse.

I've tried everything I can think of. Tried every usb port individually, wired, wireless, with the charging dock, without it, repair install of synapse, full uninstall/reinstall of synapse and clearing all profiles out and it still happens. I'm at a loss.

What's funny is, the device will show up in the chroma visualizer, but I still can't open the 'mouse' tab or change any settings on the mouse.

I believe I've had some success fixing the issue. I had to unplug all of my razer peripherals (keyboard, mouse, tartarus, wireless dock) and then plug them in one at a time individually with nothing else connected. I finally got to the wireless charging dock and when it was plugged in by itself it suddenly updated the drivers. Once the drivers for the wireless charging dock updated all the devices started showing and loading correctly. It's odd since I even tested the naga when it was NOT plugged into the dock and it still wouldn't load. It appears that maybe something with the wireless charging dock was blocking the drivers for the naga getting loaded.
