I have a pc and laptop and I have installed Synapse version 3.8.428.42117 on both pc and laptop.

I have App Razer Synapse Ver: 20230424 installed on both pc and laptop.

Synapse keeps disconnecting my Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro connected via Bluetooth on a daily basis. My workaround is I have to go to my pc and go to Bluetooth & devices and remove DSV2 Pro and then re-added. Then  Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro shows up in Synapse as connected and then I am able to use it. I then have to do this again on my laptop. 

The reason I installed Synapse on both PC and Laptop was so my rgb lighting would work when my DSV2 Pro was connected to both pc and laptop. Otherwise If I only install it on one device like my pc then rgb lighting would only work on pc and not the laptop esp important when you customize the Lighting and Power settings of the DSV2 Pro. The custom settings will not work when you’re connected to the second device via Bluetooth. 

Also lets say i have Synapse is installed on pc but i don’t turn on the pc I just want to work on the Laptop today the rgb lighting is not going to work unless i have Synapse app installed on laptop.

Is there a fix for this issue as it’s a huge inconvenience to keep having to disconnecting and reconnecting the DSV2 Pro on two devices twice a day.

Oh no! That’s very inconvenient. Please clear all your Razer-related files using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, please restart your PC, reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0, and check if the issue persists.
