Synapse disconnects USB connected Razer Naga Pro, its wireless adaptor is connect through Mouse Dock Chroma V2 (RC30-030502).

And it keeps disconnecting, it keeps making me nervous in the middle of my game plays, computing.

I paid a price, and you are giving me shit.

I know other people experiencing this Razer disconnecting shit.

And you didn’t fix it yet.

Uninstalled Synapse, and it stays connected. But where are macro, Chroma LED effect?

You think you are doing your work? You get money honestly?

What did you sell to me?

I’m done, and my next hardwares will not be Razer, anymore. And you must stop disconnecting.

Very similar issue here. Minimum setup needed to reproduce:
- Blade 16 (2024) 4080
- Basilisk v3 PRO with 2.4 GHz receiver
- UGREEN USB-C to Displayport 8k adapter
- Alienware AW3423DW 3440x1440, 175Hz
- Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma

Dipsplay port adapter is connected directly to Blade 16
Thunderbolt Dock is connected to Blade 16
2.6 GHz Mice receiver is connected to the Thunderbolt Dock

The issue occurs immediately if
- 2.4 Ghz receiver is connected to Thunderbolt Dock (does not occur if the receiver is connected to the Blade 16 directly)
AND
- sceptrum cycle is activated for any of the devices (e.g. for Blade 16)

Support asked meaningful questions on how to reproduce but after they forwarded the case to the “internal” team. They started to ask dummy troubleshooting steps like do factory reset on the notebook and see if it helps or not...
