Synapse does not see my Kraken X Lite

Hello, I have Razer Kraken X Lite headphones, but the Razer Synapse program does not see them, and therefore I cannot configure their operation.

    Hello me too. I check on synapse 2 3 and 4 and no one is able to found my headset. Waiting for answer here :)

    Kraken X Lite is not synapse compatible headset, that’s why it’s not showing.
