Synapse doesn't activate Game-Linked Profile

Hello There! I got kinda annoying problem regarding synapse. I've created a Profile for my Mice - Viper V2 Pro - and linked this specific profile with a game. But whenever I start the game and enter the session Synapse doesn't switch to the linked profile. Meanwhile I tried to repair Synapse by it's own Repairtool at the Modify Section of the App, I also completly removed Synapse from the computer - even the devices, drivers and registry logs were deleted - but I'm still facing the same Problem again. I got the suggestion that it may be coursed by a Sync Failure within my Razer ID, because after I reinstalled Synapse he immedietly synced my profiles along with my Settings saved in the Razer Cloud. I have the suggestion because Synapse also denials any kind of changes within my profiles. For exampel: I change the LOD at Profile 1, switch to Profile 2 and again back to Profile 1 and the LOD Changes are totaly reset. Has anyone a clue how to fix this problem or does anyone think that my guess with a failure within the cloud sync could be and if so, how to reset my cloud profile? Thanks for any kind of help!

Which game are you experiencing issues linking its profile with Synapse? You try to repair the application by following the steps here. If the issue persists, PM me the Synapse version so I can start a case and forward it to the Software Team.

With HUNT: Showdown. Synapse has been tried to be repaired multiple times and also was totally removed from the computer - not only uninstalled but also discarded razer related registry entrys, razer related folders, razer related devices and drivers which were left on the device manager by showing also hidden and unconnected devices. I also tried to link steam, easyanticheat and also removed hunt from the game list and added it manually again. This is one of the Error Messages which Synapse shows me after closing the game when I realise that it wont load the linked profile. Sorry that the text is in german. It says: SYNC-CONFLICT Your local settings do not match with those which are saved in the cloud. Which setting do you prefer to keep? I tried then multiple times to click on the local settings, but it does not make any differences. Synapse is still refusing to load the profile which has been linked to the game.
