synapse doesn't recognize my headset

Hello, yesterday i bought Kraken X lite headset, i plugged the headseat to my pc and synapse doesnt recognize it. I tried any possible way i found online (re-install, synapse 2.0 or 3.0, different computer, etc) but nothing worked. Also at first the audio was too low at max volume, but fortunately the audio fixed by his own. By the way i have a razer mouse too that synapse can recognize it, whatever i tried... but not the headset... Please give me some feedback to fix that.
