Synapse doesnt recognize my keyboard

I currently have a Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard and for some reason razer synapse 3 doesn't recognize it as a razer product. The same thing is happening with my deathadder elite. I have tried everything I can think of to get them to work. I have just recently moved and it was working fine before I unplugged my pc. If you have any tips on how to get it to work please let me know.
