Synapse doesnt see my mouse

Mac os 14.4.1 (m1 pro max), synapse tell please connect a razer synapse enabled devices. Mouse works, but app don’t see it. How I can solve that?
P. S. Mouse - razer cobra pro.

Same problem with naga pro v2, huntsman v2 and strider chroma ….

    1. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse
    2. Run Synapse as adminsitrator
    3. Move dongle to diffrent port
    4. Uninstall and Reinstall ALL Razer Apps
    5. Reset mouse(if able)
    6. Hope this helps!!!

    Razer Cobra Pro is Synapse 3 / 4 compatible, which is not supported on Mac OS unfortunately.

    SOME functions can be configured with 3rd party app like Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos

      1. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse

      Mouse works, but synapse app doesn’t see it in devices.
