Hello, I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda, but no matter what I do, I cannot get THX to work, and the EQ settings in Synapse have no effect.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse several times, but nothing has worked. I also tried manually adding the THX driver through Device Manager, but THX does not appear anywhere in the Razer device list.
I also tried the beta version of Synapse, but that didn't help either. I had the same issue with my previous headset, the Razer Kraken Kitty, but back then, installing the Synapse beta version fixed the problem.
This time, however, even the beta version doesn't solve the issue. I also used the Razer Driver Removal Tool and performed a completely clean installation, but the problem still persists.
At this point, I don't know what else I can try. Synapse simply does not install the THX Audio Driver on my computer, and because of this, THX and the EQ settings don't work at all.
I would really appreciate your help in figuring out what is causing this and how I can fix it. Thank you.
