Hello, I just installed the Synapse software for my tartarus v2 keyboard. But I can't use the software because I can't log in. I always have this message that I connect with my account or as a guest: unable to get a new web socket connection from the pool in stage 1: remote error: tls: handshake failure I have windows 10
