Hello, I just installed the Synapse software for my tartarus v2 keyboard. But I can't use the software because I can't log in.

I always have this message that I connect with my account or as a guest:

unable to get a new web socket connection from the pool in stage 1: remote error: tls: handshake failure

I have windows 10

Yeah, I managed to login this morning. Nevertheless this Synapse dependency is way too much.
This issue appears to be resolved at this time.
Same issue here, we should have all the settings saved in the onboard memory. I'm using the Viper Ultimate and now I need to put up with the rainbow on my desk and not being able to see what profile I'm using because I cannot login to the software. Very very frustrating!
having same issue myself, just tried reinstalling Synapse for my Tartarus V2 to get back into WoW, (cannot play without it) not letting me log in at all, ive tried all the fixes ive found on google with regards to changing tls protocols, nothing has worked, looking forward to any suggestions, or if it is razer side, be nice if they could fix it sooner rather than later

Having the same issue as well. Only in the last 30-40 minutes. Might be a Razer server issue?

Yeah, it definitely appears to be an issue on their end. The error message itself says, "remote error" in "handshaking". So basically, the data that is being sent from the user's end is failing on the remote end, or on the other side. It's also TLS, so it's a Transport Layer Security issue.

I have the same issue.
I just bought a new keyboard and let me tell you, this is BS. If there's an error on your end, you should still allow us to use the software suite, even if some features may not be available.
