synapse failed to start... please help

So before this moment i was having trouble even installing it because it would pop up an error code 528040 andi tried uninstalling microsoft visual C++ (all versions installed from 2008-2017 that were installed) and i even tried the website i saw requested to another person with the same problem, that got me to the point where i installed synapse 3 and am trying to set it up. it wont work, keeps saying failed to start....
