Whenever I lock my pc (manually or due to inactivity), Razer Synapse craps the bed. And I have to start it up again after logging in to get my settings to come back for my Huntsman Mini or my Viper Ultimate.
Any tips?

By this, do you mean the app crashes, or does it continue to run in the background but won't launch? Either way, send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 and use this to collect Synapse 3 logs, then upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. After collecting the logs, try to perform a clean installation by following this guide.
