Razer Synapse suddenly stopped detecting my gpu. I use Synapse with a Razer mouse and cooling pad. My GPU is fine and is detected by other software.

Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number of your cooling pad so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the Synapse issue.
