Synapse hypershift does not work anymore

I have Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro keyboard and Razer Viper Ultimate mouse. after 10/02/2023 update of my synapse to 3.8.930.92719, my keyboard hypershift no longer functions, that means everytime I try to use hypershift it freezes and synapse stops working per se’ along with an error stating “the program contained error and needs to be closed and reopened”. Well I do that and this loop happens again. these are the diagnostics I went through and no luck fixing:

1- Clean install Razer Synapse.

2- Updater keyboard and mouse firmwares.

3- Looking up the internet and not a clue.

Please help me with this.

Thanks for sharing your concern here in the support forum. Please PM me the serial number of your Razer devices and the Synapse version so I can kickstart a support ticket and escalate it to the software team for advanced resolution.

I would like to thank Razer for fixing this issue with recent update. It was awesome job by them to resolve this one in a week time frame and also many thanks to @Razer.Zionzedd for assisting me on this. that is why I always have faith in Razer products.

Good afternoon, I have a deathadder elite, and at first my synapse worked really well, but it never worked again, I've tried everything, but it doesn't make it work again, can you help me please?
