First things first...
1. The forum is poorly laid out. One big forum for everything makes zero sense and is customer unfriendly.
2. The support site says you can call, chat or email support but every time I go there (support.razer.com) it shows none of those options -- this is also customer unfriendly
Now for the real issue:
1. Every time I reboot my computer the Razer Synapse Installer wants to run. I have to click cancel 3 - 4 times before it cancels out. Annoying and unnecessary.
