Synapse is disabling my volume control wheel on the keyboard

Whenever Synapse is on, my volume control wheel on razer ornata V2 keyboard stops working( just the wheel, other media buttons still work), whenever the software is off, everything works fine. I tried resetting to defaults and even reinstalling the software but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate any suggestions on how else can i fix this problem.

I have the same issue with my Blackwidow Elite. Close Synapse it works fine, launch synapse and it stops working. Can reassign it to other options and it works, just not anything under multimedia. Clearing profiles, doing guest, reinstalling, doesn't change it Ticket: (*Omitted)
