Synapse issue recgonising devices

Hey All, I recently purchased a Blackwidow Elite and already owned a Deathadder Chroma. My issue is that Synapse 3 isn't compatible with my mouse and Synapse 2, which works with my mouse, will not work with my keyboard. This is a bit ridiculous and I see no reason for it considering the amount of other Deathadder mice that are compatible with Synapse 3. Is there any known fix for this? Regards, Chris

    Hi @soloDesireTANZANITE291. You will have to run both versions of Synapse for customization and there is no fix since this is by design. The next best thing you can do is to send a feature request using Synapse as those go directly to the Dev Team.
