Synapse Issue with Clio

Having an issue with Razer Synapse with my new Clio speaker.

 

Trying to configure the surround settings and when I click on the surround configuration tab it goes  to a blank screen.  All other devices work for all tabs.  Once it’s blank I need to close the tab for the Clio before I can see the other settings for it.

 

Have tried reinstalling Synapse and it did not seem to change the behavior.

    Have you updated the firmware of your Razer Clio by downloading from this link? If yes, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case.
