synapse keeps disconnecting my keyboard

synapse keeps disconnecting and reconnecting my keyboard this will happen continuously until uninstall synapse and will restart after the update that happened 6 days ago any idea of when this will be fixed of if can fix from my end

    I also have the exact same issue and none of this has helped me

    ok so update this is definitely a software issue with razer synapse 3. so what I did was install and uninstall to help you and to make sure razer fixes these certain apps so some of the modules you don't want to install that cause this disconnecting and reconnecting effect is: Nanoleaf and hue. now these modules require to be connected to the same network as your pc now this may be the main issue
