Synapse keeps failing to start | Razer Insider

I have reinstalled synapse at least 20 times and I'm getting the same issue that everyone else is getting. It keeps telling me "failed to start". after uninstalling everything, It pops up the "congrats you're ready" page and when I check the box to launch synapse, nothing happens. It closes out and never to be seen launching synapse. Can anyone help with this?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse concern here. Have you tried checking your anti-virus or firewall if it's blocking any Razer-related file? Ensure that you are using your personal computer and connected to your home network too. Else, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse and see if it helps.
my firewall hasn't been blocking it. I just tried clean reinstalling and I got the same picture (I'll include it below). so far I clicked "get started" and nothing has happened and i'm still waiting.
could the issue be related to the keyboard itself being defective? all the LED's work and I installing synapse 3 the first day i got it and everything worked fine till i turned my computer on the next day

Hi there! There's a recent update released from Razer Synapse 3.0, which fixes all the reported bugs from October. Should the issue persists, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 and download all its available updates.
