Synapse/Mac Issues and Naga Chroma

This problem began before I updated Synapse as I mentioned in another post, and this is with a different device, a Naga Chroma. First, every time I try and edit the lighting settings on a profile, Synapse crashes and I have to reboot my machine to try again. Second, every 5-10 minutes the mouse will lock up and I cannot move it for 10-20 seconds. I can still use buttons and click, but cannot move. (Obviously very bad to happen in the middle of a fight) Third, periodically it will switch profiles for no reason, not always to the same profile, it switches to a random one. These problems only happen on MacOS, they do not occur if I boot into Windows 10. Yesterday I updated to 1.86.4 on my MacBook. Device is a Naga Epic. I posted a separate issue I am having with a Naga Chroma, these issues are for different devices. When I logged back in, all of my profiles were doubled, I spent a while deleting the duplicates. I then spent time setting up a series of macros and editing one of my profiles and all its keycaps. Everything worked fine for 15 minutes, then all my macros were gone, all of the duplicates were back and the profile I edited reverted back to where I was when I started. Note: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse. Needless to say I am upset, so... 1. WTF happened? 2. How do I get back everything I worked on? 3. How do I prevent this from happening again? Note: I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse. Just as a note, I also have a Nostromo hooked up whose profiles were not affected, just the Naga Epic. I did not edit them so I cannot say they would or wouldn't have reverted back, but they didn't duplicate.

I merged the threads as I think they are both related to the Mac OS update. Please send me a PM with your Synapse 2.0 logs so I can look into why this is happening. In the meantime, please try another Razer ID and let me know if the issue persists. Do note that you can edit a thread should you have any updates instead of self bumping. For more information, please refer to our House Rules.

The Chroma issue began before the update, the Epic issue began after the update. I tried a different ID, no luck. Where would I find the Synapse logs?

You should find it in /Library/Application Support/Razer/. Upload them on GDrive or Dropbox and send me the link via PM.
